SUBJECT: Hell, Inc. Universe Documentation & Personnel Database
This central repository serves as documentation for the Hell, Inc. universe - a personal worldbuilding project exploring what happens when the afterlife operates like a modern corporation, complete with bureaucratic inefficiency, office politics, and departmental rivalries that span millennia.
The setting combines urban fantasy elements with corporate satire, following characters who navigate the absurdity of celestial bureaucracy while dealing with very real supernatural consequences. Current operational focus includes exploring the tension between individual agency and institutional expectations, the possibility of redemption in systems designed to categorize people as "good" or "evil," and what happens when a reformed demon has to work customer service for eternity.
WARNING: Expect morally complex characters, redemption arcs, found family dynamics, enemies-to-lovers tension, and probably too many jokes about filing paperwork in triplicate. Side effects may include existential questions about the nature of good and evil, an inexplicable urge to organize your own afterlife bureaucracy, and sudden sympathy for supernatural middle management.
CURRENT STATUS: Active development. New personnel files and territorial documentation added regularly.

realm documentation & travel advisories
Hell's sprawling metropolitan center and primary corporate headquarters. Features towering high-rise buildings that reflect the perpetual scarlet sky, extensive underground transit systems, and enough office space to house millennia of bureaucratic operations. Home to Hell's major government facilities and the infamous legal district.
Heaven's primary administrative complex - a magnificent crystalline tower stretching infinitely upward through clouds of golden light. Houses archangel executive suites, the Divine Assembly chamber, and endless floors of cubicles where angelic bureaucrats process prayers, miracle requests, and soul evaluations with heavenly efficiency.
Lawless frontier town located just beyond the River Styx, serving as Hell's unofficial border crossing. Features a thriving black market, criminal underworld, and surprisingly good coffee shops. Smugglers frequently transport Earth goods through here, making it a vital hub for both legitimate business and shadier enterprises.
The primary battleground where Heaven and Hell wage their eternal influence war over mortal souls. Humans remain largely unaware of the supernatural conflict surrounding them. Both sides maintain corporate presences - fallen angels running legitimate businesses while angels work through charitable organizations.
